my opinion is that shop needs to have a downloadable or button to click to print invoices. I run a business and need a way to get the invoices quickly.without having to "print page". Other than that, it's a very good platform to make purchases.

The breaker I ordered got lost in the mail and the replacement was sent to the wrong address. The customer service agent, Lori, stated that since the second package states it was delivered, that they could not give me a refund until I made a claim with USPS. Once I complied and sent her the confirmation that the claim had been filed, her email reply was to let her know if I received anything else from USPS. The refund has yet to be processed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!

The website stock does not always seem to be reliable. One week after I ordered a product the order was cancelled without explanation. This caused delay on the job site. Very disappointing. I hope they can sort out their stock issues!

My order was returned by the carrier because the address was incorrect. the invoice had the correct shipping address but, the address that the carrier had was wrong. I am still waiting for my order.

The Eaton GF breakers are fine and Simply Breakers has a tremendous inventory. The issue was how much time it took to actually receive the order. My three breakers arrived about ten calendar days after the order was placed which is slow in an "Amazon world." The items were ordered late on a Friday but did not arrive USPS until late on a Monday--ten days later. Technically this was withing the range of the forecasted window. Still, I was notified that the order had been fulfilled and had a label on that Friday. I knew the weekend would prevent it being received by USPS until Monday. But it did not actually show up in the USPS system until Thursday. There must be a better way and perhaps I missed a chance to pay more for Fedex or UPS expedited delivery which I probably would have paid for had I known how long it would take...
Item received was what I ordered and the package wasn't all mangled up!
