Not all parts listed for use

When you sell a breaker it should be noted the trip setting unit is not installed and required to make the breaker function. Plus the fact no lugs came with it is ridiculous, if your buying a breaker your hoping to install it as a whole not piece mealing it together. Had to make 3 separate orders to get 1 breaker to work.With all the delays and down time I'm not sure Simplybreakers is worth it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is basically how it comes from the factory and since most customers are usually replacing a breaker, it likely didn't make sense for the manufacturer to include the trip and lugs.

That said, I completely agree it's not entirely intuitive. I'll review our website and see if we can make that clearer. I've heard this complaint before and it's one of those problems that's hard to solve with a webpage without having a conversation with the customer in advance.

Bought a 125 amp Square d breaker.
The best price on the internet! Beat all local prices by 40-50 bux. But local didn't have anything in stock. Would be 2 weeks to get one in.
