Sent me a used breaker

I paid almost $100 and was sent a used breaker? It said on the description this was going to be new. Last time I ever use this website.

Hi Felix,

I believe this breaker is long obsolete so no matter what, it's going to have a long shelf life which leads to cosmetic scratches etc because of the way these are packaged. The best way to tell if this breaker has been used is by the pigtail but it should be in perfect condition. If you still think you received a used breaker, can you please reply to your order confirmation and send us a picture of what you recieved? We'll get this taken care of for you if there was a mix up. As always with us, your order is also covered under warranty.
