We've experienced a few delays with shipping. Our latest order showed arrival on 10/31, so I was required to order same items from another vendor. The next day the arrival date updated and I rec'd both orders on the same day.

I checked your last two orders and it looks like they arrived on time. To level set, a 3-7 business day shipping option was selected and it's important to note that Saturday and Sunday don't count as business days.
For example, your last order was placed on the 22nd and delivered on the 28th. Once you remove Saturday and Sunday, this order was delivered on the 4th business day, on time within the 3-7 business day option.

Quick delivery and correct product
If you are down and need a breaker, this is the only place to look!!! They had the large OBSOLETE breaker we needed and got it right out to us. Highly Recommend them.
Breakers arrived quickly and best prices I found. All breakers were packaged well and fit as ordered.
Everything worked fine, the only mishap I had, was that one of the lugs was stripped right out of the box. Luckily, I was able to remove one of the lugs off of the old breaker to make it right.
