Unfair charges

Not sure why you charge for box that un packed 20% re stocking fee, especially if we placed this order instead before materials first order delivered.
Your website were luck of information what make us order the wrong materials.
I agree about the delivery charges but making money on a box inside a big box with 3 unopened box it is not fair.
We have more orders coming in and we will lock for more fair source.
