Spent about $280 on a 240V Eaton 40 amp 2 pole circuit breaker. The item it was supposed to power still did not have power. I was scratching my head and finally investigated what happens when you depress the TEST button, which is it causes the breaker to fault. This does not happen, it stays fully engaged which indicates the product is faulty. When I ordered it online, I message your company to PLEASE check and make sure I get a new breaker but was told something to the effect that it was difficult to do. Well, I believe I got a faulty breaker.

I waited 4 days for this to 200 dollar breaker only to receive it broken thats not cool ill be sending it back asap
