Wrong Breaker

I was sent a different breaker when the one I ordered was out of stock. The part number was changed on my order to make it look like I ordered the wrong one. Very dishonest.

I'm sorry to hear that. Since the breaker you needed was out of stock, there would have been no way for you to order it on our website. It's possible there was a website usability issue that led to the incorrect order and we'll investigate that on our end.

Bad Shipping & Handling

Ordered a circuit breaker on Thursday and Paid $70 for “ 1Day” shipping…only to receive the item 7 days later. Huge problem! I asked customer service for a tracking number multiple times and never did get the number. Product was good but the service could definitely improve.

I'm really sorry - it looks like we shipped right away using an overnight service and there was a delay with the carrier. We did sending tracking multiple times and I'm guessing it went to your PROMOTIONS tab in Gmail which is why you didn't see it. Google generally sends all eCommerce emails to that tab by default so you'll find them there in the future.

Let me know if you have trouble finding it. Moving forward, you can expect tracking to be provided immediately after the label is created on our end and the carriers usually delivery 1 day shipments on time.
