Sent me the wrong breaker.

I order CHFAFGF120PN and they sent me CHFP120DF. The breaker they sent is not what I ordered or what is reflected on the invoice. You sell one thing (breakers) and you should know that parts numbers matter.

I can confirm that both part numbers are the same breaker. CHFAFGF120PN is the old part number while the CHFP120DF is the latest version supplied by the manufactuer. We don't expect customers know the latest model so our team automatically sends the latest version which sometimes has a different model number. Based on your support ticket, it looks like the reason you're having an issue is that you need the version of this breaker that includes the pigtail: CHFN120DF.

I am able to get a reply to my code request to verify my order in my account. But this bait and switch RETURN POSTAGE AND 20% RESTOCKING FEE IS APPARENTLY HOW YOU MAKNT FROM YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE YOU ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMAPNY, MARK UP YOUR PRICE THEN HAVE ME RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL COMPANY.

Although your PO states we ordered this type of CB. I did not order it.

I'm not exactly sure what happened but I've confirmed the PO matches the order placed online. There's so many breakers that are almost identical to each other it's easy to mix them up when ordering online. Please reach out to support by replying to your order confirmation email and they can help you get the right breaker you need.
