Breaker arrived on time and was packaged well to protect it in transit. Good reliable source for panel breakers and will use them again.

The blister pack for the breaker had been already opened and a screw was loose and rolling around. Why did you send an opened product. Not pleased at all. Plan to write a review but want to give you a chance to respond
Hi Russell,
I'm not sure why the packaging has been opened but in your picture, I can tell by the pigtail that the breaker has never been installed and energized.
I wouldn't have any concerned using this breaker but if you don't feel comfortable, we can definitely replace your breaker.
