Bad customer service

I ordered this product on a Saturday and never got an email confirmation. Paid good money for next day delivery and it ended up arriving on Tuesday. Tried to send a couple emails out to see if the product was sent out and no response. The only email I received from the company is this one to see how my product experience was.

Next day shipping is 1 business day so if you order on Saturday, the item will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday (Saturday and Sunday don't count as business days).

I see you're using GMAIL. Google tends to organize business emails under your PROMOTIONS folder. I think if you check that tab, you'll see all of our emails.
