I loved how quick I received my order but the Square D Breakers I received were different than what I expected. I received Green Premium breakers and my order said nothing about that.now my panel doesn't match inside 🤪
Received wrong parts
As discussed, QO120PAFGF is the latest part number and has replaced QO120PDF. Let me know if you have any other issues.
Not only did a receive the wrong breaker, which a customer was waiting on for a home inspection, I also find out that there’s a 20% restocking fee. I’ve been an electrician for 22 years and never, not one single time, has any of my suppliers ask for a restocking fee. The guy that emailed me back said “it is becoming a common place to charge restocking fee”…. And for the record, it’s not with ANY of the suppliers or stores I use, such as Home Depot, or Lowe’s. Regardless if I am refunded my money or not, this will be the last purchase I ever have with your company.
