Incorrect breakers

Ordered several breakers. Two of the 15A PON AFCI breakers I received were not what I ordered. Problem was the picture and description of breakers on website were incorrect. I returned the breakers and I’m awaiting reimbursement.

Good deal...good customer service

Saved a few hundred dollars on my order. Needed a number of breakers and required them to be CSA approved. Original shipment all but 2 were. Contacted customer service and they sent me 2 CSA breakers and a free return label. Quick shipping on both orders. I'm happy.

Buyer Beware: Hefty Restocking Fee

Not happy with the very hefty restocking fee. Paid almost $60 plus shipping for a restocking fee for items never opened and returned in original packaging that I purchased by mistake. All the breakers were the exact same item that could easily be restocked and could not have costed $60 to restock. Should have just bought them on Amazon. Could have saved a lot of money.
