100 Amp. Eaton Ch Breaker

The 100 Amp. double-pole breaker you sent me will not work. I'm going to sen an email to "Mike" to let him know what's going on. I sure wish he would call me direct so that we can talk together.

He prefers email becasuse he might need pictures when he troubleshoots. Just in case you haven't already considered this, usually when a CH breaker doesn't fit, it's because the customer needs an Eaton BR breaker (BR2100).

Misleading

Pictures look nothing like what I got. Looks like a cheap knockoff that I could have purchased for a fraction of the price. I only paid several times the price of what I could have got off Amazon because the listing claimed it was legitimate and the picture matched up with all the breakers in my panel. I couldn’t find any other site that actually sold a true type ch cutler hammer 100amp breaker. Very disappointed.
