Had an issue with the double 15 amp breaker I purchased. I threw it in the trash, left a review, and carried on with my business as I assumed it was too late to ask for a replacement. Simplybreakers went out of there way to reach out to me and correct the issue. They sent me a new breaker at no cost, without a return. Even tho this is not standard protocol, and should not be expected from your purchases without a return item. This company seen the genuine-ity in my situation and reached far out to make it right.
