Five days delivery turned into nine. I didn’t choose the carrier, simply breakers did. They must not rank high with UPS.

I'm really sorry for the delay. Please note that our team shipped your order within 3 hours so I think it this case, they preformed very well. When it comes to the carriers, we don't have any control over their deliveries since they're separate companies.

I checked your tracking and I noticed a couple things. The order was shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 27th which is within the 5 business days selected on our site. Note that Weekends don't count has a business day because the carriers are closed or have limited service.

That said, there was also a delay in Spokane WA and this was probably due to a UPS distribution center being backed up. That usually doesn't happen and if you order again, it should arrive closer to three business days.
